We have not actually offered or bought a house yet but of all the estate agents we have worked with so far in Stevenage, Taylors has been outstanding, especially Joe Ashton. Always answer the phone (a major plus) respond to email (plus), never moan about viewing cancellations and had the pleasure of meeting Jo today, he was so knowledgeable without being forceful. Chloe was simply amazing. She covered all the bases and the thing I loved was the way that she always called to let me know if she was away and gave me details of what to do if something came up during that time. The process of buying a house is very much like being constipated with hedgehogs and I was often driven to tears and rage at the stupidity of it all and Chloe was always ready to listen and give me positive advice. Chloe was the only positive thing throughout the whole ghastly business, she was a guiding light like a star when there is only one shining in a dark night sky. Thank you Chloe.

I recently brought a house with Taylors and honestly had the best customer service and experience. After being let down by another agent on the high Street with a property that fell through, I went to taylors completely stressed as I knew I needed to start the process of looking again. Megan was so helpful and identified a property that would suit us straight away. We were shown around the same day by Andy and it was the best viewing we had ever been to (at this point we must have been to around 50), Andy made us feel so welcome and no question was a bother and talked us through every step of the process and assisted us from that first day right through to completion. If you are wondering who to use as your estate agent, definitely go for Taylors, I couldn't fault them on anything.

Had Chloe as our mortgage advisor and couldn’t recommend her enough. She was always open to us asking us questions. No matter how stupid they may have sounded. Chloe was also patient and really fought our corner towards the end of completion when things went bit haywire. Also checking in with us to give us updates as well as emails. I would highly recommend Taylors for selling your home. It’s the second time I’ve used them and both experiences have been equally as good. Andy Winter is so friendly and knowledgeable, he did our valuation and photos and made the whole process feel so easy. Helen Longhurst has also been fantastic and helped to support us accept an offer by the time the property had only just gone on the market, her advice was so helpful and she was always proactive. The whole team are amazing at communicating and making you feel fully supported in what can be a stressful time.

I had an immensely positive experience with Taylors. It was a stressful few weeks as it had be a quick buy. Megan booked me in to view very quickly, and was at hand for any queries. Helen was very helpful getting me a solicitor, as my initial one pulled out and assisting with the forms. Chloe sorted out all the financials for me, especially due to the mini budget my initial bank pulled out and had to get a new mortgage. And she was very calming when I was panicking. All of them were very helpful with queries, which I had quite a few of. I feel very lucky having such an efficient team assisting me. I highly recommend Taylors. Many, many thanks girls. Don’t bother using them

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.
