So I was looking to sell my property and was sold bag of lies from these jokers at Taylor’s estate agents.•Customer service skills from Luton branch staff were non existent.•The marketing manager ADAM Bolton who signed us up told us lies regarding the contract just to get us signed in and after said he did say those things just 2 days after! SHOCKING •Advertising was shambles, spelling mistakes, •Actual viewing that was scheduled on agent showed up at all and no apology. So no thank you I will take my business else where. Just guys are jokers and I wud recommend you use another agents.!

This is the second time I have worked with Taylor's on house purchases and sales. On my recent Sale, Adam Pritchard (Company Director) attended the initial consultation, which I found a very simple and enjoyable process. Adam's positive and genuine personality gave me the full confidence that the sale of my house was in great hands. Two days after signing my contract, Julie Pritchard booked our first appointment, to which the buyer ended purchasing the house. Now that's expeditious services !!!!Julie was my account manager, and throughout the process, she was the most approachable and proactive person to work with. Even during the challenging times, Julie kept a positive head on and made sure the process remain on track. Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

One Star is an over achievement for Taylors Lettings of Swindon. Having gone through the tenants application process and with an occupation completion date within 48 hrs, not only did they discover the premises offered for rental was not compliant with certificates, they requested a twofold increase on the deposit. Completely incompetent and unreliable service and reflective of all that is wrong with letting in the UK. Representing unreliable and greedy landlords - avoid at all costs. And possibly a lesson if you are selling or buying. Go to Allen & Harris or Dewhurst!!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty.

I’ve signed up for full letting management of my property, while working away, through Countrywide (actually Taylor’s in Gloucester, who come under Countrywide). Useless.They have to be prompted to do even the most basic things such as arranging for safety certificates, property checks etc.The full management service is supposed to come with a web portal for landlords. Never updated.Nobody answers the phone at the branch. Nobody replies to emails. When trying to contact the tenancy renewals team, the automated system sends you on a seemingly endless loop (“Press 1 for renewals” end up being passed straight back to menu options)Never update their internal system, so if you do get hold of someone they never know what’s happening. Paperwork has been lost. Instructions never followed.I have no idea what they do. Absolutely useless.

Horrendous Lettings agency, ready to gulp down entire of your deposit, that's their game. You cant escape, so if possible dont get into it. Anyone struggling can consult me, shall let you know how to extract every last legitimate money that you deserve to be returned. I took them to the adjudicator and won.

GoogleWe found Taylors to be very helpful, professional and enthusiastic to help. We initially used a different estate agent to see our property but due a lack of updates or apparent interest from them we decided to switch to Taylros and our only regret was not going with them earlier. They continually provided us with updates on our sales and were always looking to sell our property as quickly as they could but for the best price. We have recommended this to other neighbours who have since used them and I know have had a similar experience.

Unbelievable great service from Taylor’s Stevenage, I would definitely recommend and always use them for the foreseeable future. Henry Scully who dealt with my property that I rented out, he was very professional from start to finish.. even just by being so polite , he kept me regularly updated throughout, always called me back if I could get hold of him, explained everything with me so I totally understood before agreeing or signing. Everything has run so smoothly this has been down to his efforts of doing everything quickly no messing about and with the best intentions to make me a happy customer which has happened.
