Founded in 2006, Oyster Properties started out as an estate agency with specialization in residential property sales, lettings and property management. Presently, it operates through two offices, the Head Office is located in Stanmore and the other office is in Arnos Grove. Based as an estate agency in Stanmore and Arnos Grove, Oyster Properties covers all of North and North West London. We aim to deliver a wide range of services with a high standard of excellence. We are an independently owned estate agency network that have successfully been selling and letting all types of property across the borough and beyond. We provide personalised service to our clients whilst making use of the latest technology and marketing methods. GoogleCompletely and utterly disappointed by this agency !! Do not use them. Specially accounts department they never return your deposit. A lady Hemangi and another one Vanessa , no customer service , no support and they will leave you with no money. Unprofessional people

Despite advising you numerous times on the correct procedures you wanted us to release a tenant’s deposit to you (new landlord) without the correct paperwork. We pride ourselves in ensuring deposits are protected and released in line with legislation. The legal guideline for deposit releases is 10 days and can confirm the deposit has been released well within this timeframe. GoogleHorrible!!!! The maintanance side is just horrible. Avoid at all cost, they lie to you and keep postponding issues even when it comes to something serious as mould. Vishal, Minal and Cris are the worst employees I ever encountered. They have no idea what's going on in that company and they always just straight up lie to you!

We have not had to visit the flat even once as they have taken care of everything from finding good tenants (our property has never been vacant) to fixing any problems big or small. They charge low management fees, communication is brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.
