GoogleI have had a really negative experience with this agent, the customer service is poor. I saw a property on the weekend and was recommended to see another one by the lettings colleague. After the viewing I called the office to express my interest in viewing the property he told me about. The lady on the phone was rushing me to make an offer when I was simply trying to arrange a viewing for another flat. The lady on the phone would not listen to my enquiry and I was rushed off the phone. They do not know how to speak to applicants and do not know how to deal with enquiries correctly. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than have my needs met. The booking process for viewings is long winded as you have to have a zoom call rather than have videos sent to you directly. The zoom call is literally a video with the colleague speaking over it. Will not be continuing my search with this agent as they made the overall experience really stressful and complicated.NegativeProfessionalism

Lived with an exposed sewage pipe in my room for over 12 months until the problem was identified. Was only given £200 off my rent as a result. For that period of time, I was unable to comfortably have friends or family over without fear of embarrassment due to the pungent smell that permeated the room. In addition, when being sold to by the letting agent, I was promised features of the house that were later not included. For example, I was promised that there would be a guest bathroom in the living room. They later locked the door of the bathroom and said that this was not to be used, AFTER I had signed the contract. Oyster properties also take on HMO properties that have been built very cheaply, so there are ALWAYS breakages and are reluctant to offer compensation.The staff are dishonest, rude and dismissive of any issues you have. Would definitely NOT recommend!

FacebookThis is the worst service I had ever seen. They asked me to come and view the location yesterday and they said they only had a time slot within 2hrs time and I cancelled my work and went for view the property at exact time what they asked me to be there. And after viewing the property they told me to confirm within 2 days and they told me they can hold the property until 2 days for me. But as soon as I reached my home within 1hr I emailed them and confirmed I am able to rent the property and the mean time I send messages through WhatsApp as well for get the confirmation. And they told me their staff who gonna be my negotiator will text me on the next day because the person not available on that day and that time I asked them again is it gonna be keep for me until tomorrow to get confirmation but they didn’t respond my email and tomorrow morning I emailed them again because I need to move immediately and they didn’t respond to me and after that nearly 11.30 pm they send me a email letting me know the property isn’t available for me.
I don’t know why they playing with people like this I cancelled my work and wasted 2 days for nothing

Enquiring and viewing is a very long winded process, and sounds like the agent doesn’t want to provide service. I was waiting on a zoom call for 25 mins before someone responded, clearly lied about attending the call and then cancelled. I’ve had no response since to rearrange - definitely waste of time. Go elsewhere and save you money.
