Founded in 2006, Oyster Properties started out as an estate agency with specialization in residential property sales, lettings and property management. Presently, it operates through two offices, the Head Office is located in Stanmore and the other office is in Arnos Grove. Based as an estate agency in Stanmore and Arnos Grove, Oyster Properties covers all of North and North West London. We aim to deliver a wide range of services with a high standard of excellence. We are an independently owned estate agency network that have successfully been selling and letting all types of property across the borough and beyond. We provide personalised service to our clients whilst making use of the latest technology and marketing methods. A lady called Gemma helped me throuout the renting process, making it really smooth and stress-free! She always replied to my emails or calls promply and was very helpful for every issue I have raised regarding the house or contract. We were able to settle-up everything in 2 days. GoogleI viewed a property on Tuesday 9th June 2020. I expressed interest and heard nothing for 3 days. I asked for a copy of the reference requirements and received nothing. I was informed that the property was unavailable on Saturday 13th June 2020. I wanted to make sure of this so visited area on Sunday 14th June 2020. I asked the neighbour of the property being let if they could help. They informed that the landlord had got in touch to see if they knew of any tenants from their friends and families. I was given the landlords number. When calling I was informed that the property had not been let!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleOyster Properties are managing the letting of my Stanmore flat, and I couldn't be happier with them. I had to move abroad for work, and they have managed the entire process from removing and safely storing some of my personal items, finding suitable tenants within a matter of days, arranging for cleaning, spare keys, bill transfer to the new tenants etc. brilliantly. The team around Nick and Gemma are highly professional, always friendly and always very quick and efficient in answering to any enquiries I might have. GoogleI was looking for a cosy, comfortable place to make it a home. I walked in to Oyster Properties one day and didn't know what to expect. I had enquiries awaiting responses from the main stream estate agents. My enquiry was handled by Gemma who asked me few questions and was able to quickly pull up a property on her desktop and it ticked all my boxes. Gemma arranged the viewing very next day and I signed up to the property right away. Gemma , at times supported by her colleagues, was great getting me settled. Huge Thumbs Up from me.

GoogleVery poor customer service. Keep changing customer assistants due to knowledge of business. Wrong informations on website just to attract customers. As soon as you asked the target properties, they just taking us round and round to show another properties. But never talk about the one on websites. Cheap prices on website and when you call it’s expensive as they saying website error. Even after informing, no changes on website and keep violating consumer rights. Which I found very disrespectful and unlawful. I would never ever trust these sort of company with my bank details or for anything. And also I being posting this post for many times. Every time they removing this post due to no answer regarding their unlawful behaviours and providing wrong and false informations for customers.. this is so unlawful. This place is for good and bad reviews. Literary for both. But if you trying show the world only about your good reviews and trying to get rid of bad ones is unlawful. That shows the reality of your company.. disappointed
