GoogleQuite professional, and certainly better than previous landlords I've had. Staff are very friendly and mostly knowledgeable. Property has been well kept and serious maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. However, bit slow to communicate at times regarding nonessential things and occasionally have been passed around by staff on the phone when trying to get info or issues resolved.

Anthony and the team were brilliant, timely and porfessional. buying in the area for the first time we were given great honest advice with no pressure which is unsual for the industry. GoogleMy experience with Boxall Brown & Jones, particularly with property manager Hannah Teece, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Throughout my tenancy, I encountered numerous issues with the agency’s management and handling of property matters. First and foremost, there was a blatant disregard for accurate record-keeping regarding my tenancy start date, which led to misunderstandings and disputes regarding property condition and cleaning charges. Additionally, Hannah Teece and the agency demonstrated unprofessional behavior and a lack of transparency in their communication. Despite providing thorough evidence to support my case, they continued to insist on unfounded charges and made personal attacks regarding my care for my pets, which was deeply hurtful and unjustified. However, I am relieved to say that justice prevailed in the end. Thanks to the fair and unbiased adjudication process, the ruling turned in my favor, highlighting the agency’s and Hannah Teece’s unjust practices. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Boxall Brown & Jones to proceed with caution, particularly when dealing with Hannah Teece. Their unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and unfair practices make them a risky choice for tenants. I hope my review serves as a warning to others, and I urge you to explore alternative options for your housing needs.

We work hard to proactively manage all the properties within our large portfolio to make sure that they are well treated by tenants. We are continually praised by landlords and tenants alike, for the service we provide and the comments you make are therefore extremely unusual. If at the end of the tenancy there is a dispute that cannot be easily resolved, the dispute is referred to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for adjudication. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme are there to fully protect both the landlord and tenant, which is entirely fair and appropriate. It is the landlord who ultimately decides on the return of any deposit and we simply act upon their instructions in cases like this. It would be unprofessional for me to go into the specific facts in this matter, but we fully accept the decision made by the TDS in this case. Hannah Teece is a highly regarded and much-loved member of our lettings department at Boxall Brown & Jones . GoogleBoxall Brown and Jones dealt with the sale of my house and the service we received was absolutely brilliant. Everything on BBJ’s side ran very smoothly and I was always kept well informed. Angela who dealt with our sale was so friendly and I knew I could call her at any stage for advice or an update and she was always more than willing to help. I have recommended BBJ to a few friends and can say if we ever looked to move I would not hesitate to use them again as the service was faultless!

GoogleI rang the Company to inquire about a property that they listed yesterday on right move. I was told the viewing list is now closed and they can put me on cancellation list, which is fine. The woman on the phone took my name and ask me for my number than put the phone down on me. I called again and she said she has my details. No thank you, we will be in touch or I have you on the list. What a disgusting customer service. If they have have such a poor manners on the phone I can't imagine how they would deal with you in person. Edit: I didn't lost a signal. I heard her putting the phone down. I booked a viewing on another property before I had a bad experience with one of their staff.
