First of all, I just want to specify that we were renting a property through Boxall for 5 years. At first our experience wasn’t 5 stars, but the fault for this experience was mainly due to the landlord and state of our living conditions. Over the last few years our property manager Hannah went above and beyond for us and really turned our experience around. She is polite, professional and all round Boxalls shining star! We would recommend Boxall now purely because of Hannah, I hope she receives the recognition she deserves within the company. Thanks for all of your help over the years, despite the circumstances!

As she has countless times proven to be very, very helpful & reliable, when need be. A valuable piece, missing dearly in most. We are tenants in, "Prosperity House", & we all know how challenging it can be at this age and era to find an Agent//Landlord who's equally thoughtful about your comfortability & interests as they are of their own. And we as a family are So So So lucky & proud to be under Boxall Brown & Jones, since your staff Madam Hannah, who has been with us for a year now, has continuously proven to be more than just an Agent to us. We used BBJ to sell our first home, so when we decided to sell our current home there was no question which estate agent we were going to use. We had Anthony come and value the house and take photos, in a few days it was live on the website and rightmove. Tracey has been our main point of contact and what an absolute pleasure it's been. We couldn't of asked any more of her she is brilliant at her job. She has a very friendly approach and keeps constant communication which ensures everything is as smooth and efficient as it can be. Following the first evaluation there was no pressure to sell, and once on the market the process was effortless. Claire Taylor looked after my sale, she was professional and friendly.
