I am so sorry to see that you have left such a poor review of our company. I understand the disappointment when you are unable to secure a rented property and in such a busy market. As I am sure you can appreciate, we are inundated with applications for properties currently and we can only let to one applicant! Ultimately, it is the landlord that decides on which tenant occupies each property and I am sorry that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
