GoogleI found Joanna Eden in the Staines office very professional in her approach to re-let my flat in Oaks Road. I will be 80 next year and like most my age a bit slow, but Joanna was helpful and I hope the new tenant will move in on the 1st December Many thanks to the Townends team in particular the Staines Office for all their help

GoogleNick and David from the lettings team were superb. They managed to find me a tenant in a very short timeline and it all worked out. They were also able to arrange a cleaning service at the last minute when the one I had booked fell through. The tenants moved in today and Stirling Ackroyd will be managing my property.

GoogleOne of the poorest agencies I've colaborated with. They promise you a lot until you sign up and once you pay the agency fee, you find that they do nothing for you as a tenant. I had to pay a total of £ 4750 to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I write this feedback hoping to help others like me. I am free to answer any questions. ✔Take care of your money💸!
