GoogleRenters be careful, they will not let to you unless you have a employment contract clearly stating that you are FULL TIMER or if you pay 6 months in advance. Any other contract is accepted as zero income. Absolute disappointment. Especially "Assistant Manager" telling people there is nothing else Renters can do. Conveniently the manager is away.

GoogleDon`t rent through them. Slow response to maintenance request is just one of their many failings. The room was dirty and there was mould on the walls, they didn`t even reply to my complaints regarding this. They are the worst agency in the area. Non-existent customer service and bad communication. Sleep under a bridge if you have to, but avoid them at any costs.

GoogleLettings team are slow, weren't helpful and I had to find out our offer wasn't going to be expected by noticing it said let agreed the day before they cancelled a viewing and told me, without even any sort of apology. Unprofessional; if given the choice I would go with another agent.

GoogleThanks to them they sold our house in 1 week to the first viewer they contacted. This was after trying for 7 months with 2 other local agents. I wished we had gone to them first. Arthur contacted one of his clients as soon as we went live with them and set up a viewing 5 days later. Within a week an offer was accepted. Simple!
