What a wonderful experience my wife and I had buying our first home with Stirling Ackroyd. From the very beginning we had Alex showing us properties in the area and was very transparent and honest when showing us around. He was very quick to bring an absolute bargain to our attention which ultimately became our home. For anyone who knows the process of buying a home even if it’s not your first can always be frustrating with waiting on solicitors. However from the sales progression team there was Suzanna who was very proactive liaising with both buyer and seller solicitors to get the job done. I think ultimately it was Suzanna that gave our solicitors the push they needed to finish and for that a very special thank you to Suzanna for looking after us. I would 100% use Stirling Ackroyd again for when I buy and sell a property.

From start to finish, Stirling Ackroyd Staines have been amazing!! From the selling team, I dealt with Alex and Callum. They were extremely professional from the outset, which included shaking hands (which many estate agents do not do). The little things make a difference! Mea and Sandra from the sales progression team were also so professional and so so helpful. Alex, Callum, Sandra and Mea - nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help with a friendly attitude. This made my buying process so much easier. Thank you!!

Lilly has been super helpful, efficient, patient and friendly as she quickly arranged a remote viewing for me in hi-res despite my short notice. Apparently, she knows her work well and has been always responsive coming back with relevant information to my questions, and clearly explaining to me about the process, hence I am able to secure a place only within a few days!
