Amazing experience all the way round! Moving in was super smooth and easy, thanks so much to David who helped me through every step as well as was as kind as to make his way out of today's bank holiday to be able to give me the keys so I could move in on the planned date. Despite the sudden and unexpected situation, his actions gave me a feeling of relief and certainty that despite the news I could still stick to my plans for the move. Couldn't recommend him more !

We've just sold our house using Stirling Ackroyd Staines. We met Ben initially who was amazing at explaining the process and agreeing a listing price. He was also great at reassuring me on the strategy that Stirling would take in selling in our property. We then met Callum who oversaw viewings and our open day. Again, he was amazing at showing our property around and getting multiple offers on our property. He also kept us well informed through the process. After an offer was accepted, both Ben and Hannah were great at chasing the buyer and solicitors to ensure everything was progressing well. Collectively, all of these individuals made our house sale and new purchase so much easier and more efficient. I would hugely recommend Stirling if your looking at selling or buying!

Kieran and Callum were extremely helpful and gave us great advice and support when we needed it after a failed attempt to sell our property with a different estate agent. Stirling Ackroyd provide a great service when it comes to looking for a property. After searching for a property for nearly a year, we had seen many different estate agents, and often dealt with agents who didn’t know much about the property they were showing around. Every time we had seen a property with Stirling Ackroyd, their agents gave a detailed viewing, answered all our questions, and if they did not know the answer, would often come back with it at a later date. When we put an offer on the property we just purchased, Chloe was supportive from the very start. At the viewing, she answered all our questions and provided details of the local area. Me and my fiancé were looking for our first home together! Foz was so helpful I called the branch and he had me booked in for a viewing within 3 hours of my call! So quick and efficient within 6 hours we had our offer accepted also he let me and my fiancé come see the property that night so that my fiancé could see the property properly and we were moved in within 2 weeks! When Foz was off on a day off David was all hands on deck to let us in to be able to measure everything to make sure all our new furniture fit! Over all the lettings team has been so helpful!

FIRST CLASS STAFF AND SERVICE - Having used Townends in 2012 to rent out this property, we decided that we wanted to use them again to sell it on our behalf in 2019. SO GLAD WE DID!
