GoogleUnfortunately we experienced nothing but disappointment from SJ Smith. They never managed to get a single offer on our property in three months. When we switched agent we received two offers within two weeks! They simply do not have a network which would mean they could find buyers from outside the region. They also left my front door unlocked after several viewings and we found them extremely difficult to deal with. In my opinion- avoid.
Hi Lisa, we have looked into our files and unfortunately cannot see any evidence of what you have mentioned in your comment. Was this definitely meant for S J Smith Staines and not another estate agent? Please give us a call and a member of management will be able to look in to this further for you.

GoogleWe dealt with Christy. She was absolutely brilliant! I can't speak highly enough of the service provided! Me and my wife found her extremely friendly, professional and accommodating to our wishes. We felt she actually cared about finding us our perfect home. It's a shame it only goes upto 5 stars!

GoogleSJ Smith were excellent, I would recommend them to anyone that would benefit from a great service. Amir was our dedicated agent and he went above and beyond in helping us sell our property and even assisted us in our purchase, that was over 100 miles away by communicating with the other estate agent we purchased from. Superb!

GoogleMyself and my husband have been thoroughly impressed by the service we received from SJ Smith. Alex Rumsey gave us an exceptional service. He was professional, pro-active, transparent, good humoured, approachable and kept the flow of communication going with frequent updates. We felt that he really understood what we were looking for and was incredibly patient with our requests etc. If he didn’t know the answer to something , he would refer us to someone who did and promptly too. This estate agent will be our go to in the future for sure. He’s a real asset to SJ Smith.

GoogleAfter having our property on the market with a competitor for 10 months and sold several times but let down at the last minute we decided to change our Estate Agent to SJ.Smith. Alex and his brilliant team qualified the potential buyers prior to going forward with the sale. This made all the difference as it was sold, contracts exchanged and completed in six weeks! We were able to witness Brandon, one of the sales persons in a viewing and he was so enthusiastic and informative about our property the buyers were so impressed as were we. All our telephone calls were answered and if we did leave any messages we had a response back imminently. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, they are totally professional in every detail. Our only regret is that we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress if we had sought out SJ.Smith in the first instance.
