GoogleHighly focused, independent, supportive and professional. SJ Smiths will go the extra mile and more to sell your property for the best price. Highly driven, knowledgeable staff. Sales progression needs a little improvement but Philip was beyond excellent to close out and just a pleasure to work with.

GoogleAmir is such an asset to SJ Smith; he remained professional throughout and guided us expertly through the whole process. Selling our house within 10 days and then navigating the sale to exchange. Done with determination and good humour...even when the going got tough! Thank you Amir!

GoogleExcellent service from Amir and Michael when selling our house in Staines - they were very responsive, communication was excellent and they were happy to go the extra mile, getting the sale through in record time! Also to the rest of the office for supporting viewings, excellent photos and prompt answers to questions. We signed up for their house management service as we needed to relocate before selling and it was a relief knowing our house was being regularly visited/kept an eye on. Michael provided regular meter readings, dealt very efficiently with post that had missed the redirection and was a very reassuring presence for us 200 miles away!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe’ve been searching for a house for the past few months and first met Spencer when he showed us a property at the start. Since then he has worked so hard to try and find us a property that’s right for us (not just showing us irrelevant property on their books as some agents would) and has taken the time to find out what we need and want. He’s always available to chat and offer advice and helped us hugely through the process of offering on one of his properties. A really nice guy who takes genuine interest and wants to help!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe best of the best! We work alongside SJ Smith on a regular basis and we know from the off that the transaction is almost guaranteed to go as smoothly as it possibly can be with the upmost professionalism shown by all of the SJ Smith team from the start to the end. They are brilliant at keeping everyone involved in the transaction updated and if something needs to be sorted, you can rest assured that they will be straight on the case to achieve an effective outcome for all involved. They are an absolute delight to work alongside and the most friendly bunch you could come across. Thank you for all your hard work! ☺️🌟
