I must say that Christie & Spencer who showed us each property are the most professional & knowledgeable estate agents we have ever come across. GoogleIt was less than 10 days from initial meeting to accepting an offer on our house. We worked with both Simon and Amir, and both have great passion for their jobs, which helps give confidence, both as a buyer and as a seller. In terms of the review mentioning not having a wider chain, we certainly didn't find this a problem, in fact we had 20+ viewings in the first week, so couldn't have coped if there were any more!!! And the fact they are focussed on a smaller area, means they are experts in this area, which was the key reason we chose SJ Smith over others. Thanks!

GoogleThere are good and bad people in every organisation. I had some really bad experience but at the same time I had very good experience dealing with Amir Rafiq at SJ Smith. He is very professional, supportive and helpful. He resolved some issues for me which even Director level people were not able to resolve. GoogleWe recently brought our property through SJ Smith Staines, our main point of contact was Amir and the customer service we received from our first viewing to completion was excellent. Any questions we had were instantly answered and it made the whole process stress free. By the end of the process Amir felt like more like a friend than an estate agent.
