GoogleWe’ve used Gregory brown a couple of times over the last few years, first to rent out and then to sell our house. On both occasions the service was excellent, helping us to rent the house at offer price within only a few days, and second time around to agree a sale price within a week! We had fantastic support and communication throughout the process from Will who dealt with a few tricky issues with the chain, and we completed at the start of the year. I just can’t fault their sheer determination keeping the sale alive through very tough times. They certainly kept their fingers on the pulse! GoogleGregory Brown were extremely proffessional and patient in managing the property we were looking to pruchase and have now completed on. We had a difficult chain, from our side, but at all times they kept the sellers informed and in turn notified us should they have any concerns or outstanding qeuries that we needed to act upon. They accomodated several viewings at the property and on completion day actually dropped they keys to us after completion which was so helpful when we were wrangling a large truck and small child! All-round extremely proffiesional.

GooglePrior using Gregory Brown I used a on line company, ok challenging times, lack of people viewing my property + a number of other issues I had to change to a proper estate agent, Gregory Brown, as soon as I changed the difference between the two, local buyers and people online taking the time and talking to the Gregory Brown, straight away people viewing the property who were interested in the property. Ok we did come across several show stoppers and these where rectified within a call to the solicitors and the estate agents as a go between If you asked me who I would go with again it would be Gregory Brown Cannot fault there professionalism Five star rating in my view

GoogleI highly recommend Gregory Brown - they were very helpful and knowledgeable in relation to what maintenance work we needed to do to sell our property and throughout the whole process. They also gave us a realistic selling price that was based on their experience of our niche road in Staines (other agents certainly tempted with much higher suggested selling prices but these seemed to be based on hope and securing our business rather than a price that our house would actually sell for within weeks). GB also recommended a good value and reliable conveyancing firm. House sold at asking price with no hassles! Thanks again to Tom, Will and the wider team!

GoogleAll of the team member are really polite. I decided to give 2 stars reason being is because as soon as we had our completion. They ignored us completely, I called few times with some inquiries, been told someone will call me back but no one has call me back, I sent emails but no response.
