GoogleI highly recommend Gregory brown, I bought and sold with them and found them very helpful with any queries I had , all staff were friendly and not at all pushy like many estate agents, they never pressured me to keep lowering the price, I would definitely use again in the future.

GoogleBought my first home with Gregory brown, I could not praise them enough, polite helpful and professional in all aspects. I had encountered some issues with solicitors which Tom personally helped me a lot with when he needn’t had too, he went above and beyond so thank you that also thanks for updating me at various stages through the transaction making it stress free. Highly recommend.

GoogleWill and Frank took on our property and arranged an amazing amount of viewings. We had 30+ perspective buyers which didn’t tail off after the initial listing. I was actually more impressed with the ‘after care’ from Tom once they had sold the property and the amount of work they did to ensure it went to exchange and completion. Would recommend!

GoogleEveryone we were in touch with at Gregory Brown were excellent. So efficient, polite and speedy in their response. Tom in particular kept us constantly in the loop. In what is a stressful process (because buying a house is), he helped us feel reassured 'stuff' was actually happening. Highly recommend!

GoogleSelling my mums flat was made easy by Gregory Brown estate agents in Staines. They were friendly, yet professional, provided good pictures of the home and handled the sale well. The only downside was the time taken for the buyers to obtain their mortgage. Staff were always available to answer our questions during the process.

GoogleAs a small family we have a very bad experience with this agent whose practice amounts in my opinion to systematic unlawful discrimination against families. Over a period of almost three months we have contacted the agent repeatedly to inquire about properties and were rejected right away because of our children, although all the properties were 2 bedrooms and clearly suitable for a small family.

GoogleTried to rent a property for my grandmother and constantly being told they would call us back but never did. after almost 2 weeks they finally got back in contact with us they tried to SCAM her for over £14,000 saying she had to pay 12 months rent up front. Even tried to say she had signed to say yes but when we looked at the document again it was not worded as they said and as soon as we questioned them on this they try to change the subject..........STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
