We experienced a number of unforeseen delays during the process and I can honestly say if it wasn't for the knowledge, patience and professionalism of Tom at Gregory Brown, our purchase would have fallen through. Tom guided all parties through the issues that arose and successfully managed the completion of the sales in the chain. Fantastic job and we will always be grateful. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe Manager need some sort of treatment when it comes to dealing with buyer. Poor communication, Rude. I dont trust all their google reviews, hardly few seems to be true & genuine the rest or just 1 or twice contributor or call it a fake accountNegativeQuality

GoogleWe've lived in Staines 10 years, and interacted with almost every Estate Agents there during this period. Gregory Brown were a huge contrast to the rest of them - their most unique feature is that they always say things as they are. No bull, no trying to squeeze pennies out of you, just transparency and truth. I believe it's an important basis for trust. The moment we realized that - we bought our first family home from them, and never regretted. Several years later we were moving out and letting our property, and it was no brainer which Agents to use for this. Just a few weeks later I've received my first Landlord cheque... wow! They are real hard workers, you can reach them in insane hours (don't do that) via phone or email, and they respond immediately. Tom and Will - you will always be to us an example of professionalism in it's pure form. They know every bit of this business and every trend on the market, especially in the area. I wouldn't even bother talking to other companies.

GoogleI am writing this review from a slightly different viewpoint I guess than most on here. I am a contractor to Tom/Will/Karen etc. I can honestly say that I have always found them to be pleasant and honest to deal with and very efficient. From what I have heard from most landlords I have dealt with whilst working on their properties, they seem to universally agree with my comments above. I carry out work for several local managing agents and would definately put Gregory Brown top of my list

GoogleI have used Gregory Brown as both a seller (September 2017) and as a buyer (September 2012) and on both occasions my experience was fantastic. Tom, Will, Ollie and Jamie and the rest of the team at the branch are brilliant. They are very professional when they are conducting viewings and always very courteous and polite when they called me to arrange. They provide timely feedback (by lunchtime the next day) on the viewings and are very proactive. Where Gregory Brown came into their own was after I accepted the offer and things were progressing with the solicitors. They helped in chasing for updates and helping the sale progress smoothly with the solicitors, always keeping me in the loop. They had an excellent relationship with my buyer and responded to their questions, referring to me when they needed to. On the day of exchange they smoothed the process to ensure we exchanged on the planned day. I thoroughly recommend Gregory Brown. Their local knowledge is exemplary and customer service is top class. They know the market well and provided me with clear, honest and realistic advice when putting my flat on the market. It was under offer in 3.5 weeks and progressed through without a hitch.
