I sold my house with Gregory-Brown. We dealt mostly with William, who was excellent. He was efficient, caring, straight-forward and thoughtful and filled me with confidence. He took my calls at weekends when he was not at work and delivered paperwork to my door when he could not reach me by phone. Under offer in a day. Completed in two months, five days. I Highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend Tom and his staff at Gregory Brown, they helped me complete a sale of property. They were professional and their customer service was second to none. Tom kept on top of the communications between the buyers, solicitors and myself. Viewings were handled by the team which helped me immensely. The team offered excellent advice from the beginning, e.g. presentation of the property, they provided an excellent portfolio of the property and were honest in their approach to the sale and the current house market issues. Their perseverance throughout the process helped the property to be sold in a timely manner. I wish to thank Tom and his team for their help and advice throughout the process as it had been a long time since I was involved in moving house.

Moving home can be a stressful experience but with Gregory Brown assisting in the process it makes the purchase of a new home easier. Gregory Brown have been simply fantastic in selling my parents’ property in Staines. From the get-go they were proactive, found a buyer, negotiated us a great price, kept the process running and above all - at all stages - were kind and compassionate throughout. Tom coordinated everything for us and was brilliant at staying in touch via email and phone and if ever did miss calls, always responded back as soon as he could. I bought a house that was listed with Gregory brown. What I really liked about them is as soon as we put in an offer and it was accepted the house was listed as “sold”. Lots of other estate agents keep properties listed as “for sale” until after the survey which leads to people being gazumped. I liked the morals of Gregory brown and they were pleasant and helpful along the way and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed,complete lack of care for their customers, with no call back when promised. Despite being told a specific property was not available, I had to contact them multiple times to find out about other options,these people are complete waste of time. The team is useless with no motivation to help customers find suitable properties. I strongly advise others to avoid this estate agent at all costs, as they do not prioritize the needs and concerns of their clients. It's unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour that should not be tolerated in the real estate industry.

A close friend of mine and their family recently rented a property managed by this agency and had a really tough experience. They encountered frequent delays in communication and long wait times for basic maintenance issues. It seemed like tenant concerns were not prioritized, which caused a lot of frustration. Since moving into the property, I’ve had a few minor concerns, and I have to say that Will, Frank, and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful and responsive every time. They always act quickly to resolve any issues, which has made settling in much easier. Today, I accidentally locked myself out on a Sunday and left my keys inside. I was really stressed and unsure what to do, but I called Frank, who immediately got in touch with Will. Despite it being their day off, they both came through, Will arrived with a spare key and helped me get back inside. I used Gregory Brown 10 years ago, to sell and buy a property. Will helped me through it all, as I was on my own with 2 young children. I contacted them again last year to sell my property, as I had gained a husband during that time, and we needed somewhere bigger. Will came out to see me again, and remembered me from all that time ago. So easy to deal with, Will is very calm and straight forward. During the sale, I was recommended a solicitor (not through GB), who put me through months of hell. Tom became involved, and through his, mine and onwards estate agent’s determination and persistence, I finally moved after daily emails to solicitor from all of us. I am now out of the area, but would not hesitate to recommend Gregory Brown to anyone.
