GoogleLettings team are slow, weren't helpful and I had to find out our offer wasn't going to be expected by noticing it said let agreed the day before they cancelled a viewing and told me, without even any sort of apology. Unprofessional; if given the choice I would go with another agent.

GoogleMax Younas took us on journey for what we thought would be a simply remortgage, to buying a new house. Always helpful and eager to answer our questions with as much information as possible. This helped us to make informed choices about products that suited our needs. I would highly recommend his service to all. Thank you for your help and time, it’s been a pleasure.

GoogleDon`t rent through them. Slow response to maintenance request is just one of their many failings. The room was dirty and there was mould on the walls, they didn`t even reply to my complaints regarding this. They are the worst agency in the area. Non-existent customer service and bad communication. Sleep under a bridge if you have to, but avoid them at any costs.

Arthur contacted one of his clients as soon as we went live with them and set up a viewing 5 days later. Within a week an offer was accepted. Simple!

I felt confident that she had given me all the information I needed and will certainly be in contact with her when I am in the position to go ahead.

GoogleI had a great experience with Townends estate agents. I dealt mostly with Arthur who was so accommodating to my schedule and very professional however all of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met as well as ensuring the process was swiftly dealt with. I would highly recommend this agency.

FacebookTownends have deducted a management fee from my rental income in April and in May and yet they are not providing a property management service. If they cannot provide the service at this time, then they should not charge a management fee. I wonder if they have furloughed their staff, whilst still charging landlords. Appalling service.

FacebookAfter a tense few weeks with solicitors we found a saving grace in Chad Newbould from the Sunbury branch! He was polite, honest and listened to our problems, remembered details specific to our sale and always returned phonecalls and went beyond his duties to help chase queries and get our move through to exchange. Huge thanks to him and the team.

GoogleWe are really disappointed with this agency. Most of the staff was friendly and trying to help but I can't say the same for their manager Joanna. All what she said was a lie and on the end we was upset and stay with no house because off her. We are not recommending this agency at all!
