Jamie was our key contact and I have to say, he was outstanding in his attention to detail and proactivity. Our house sale fell through first time round and he quickly got it back on the market and resold within a few days. He would continuously push the rest Solictors and estate agents in the chain on our behalf - we hardly heard a thing from the estate agents we were buying from! He went out of his way to make the who process as painless as he could.
I was originally reluctant to use a Oasis, having brought from Isis (previous name of Oasis) 7 years ago and having a horrendous experience. However, the sales manager we dealt with (who has now left) was lovely and we felt very comfortable selling via Oasis. As such I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in Staines, definitely over some of the other big chains who are ruthless and horrendous to deal with!

It was a long process but we got there in the end, mostly thanks to Cheryl. I suspect she has a future in conveyancing if she decides to change careers. Certainly, way more 'on it' than any of the solicitors!
Oasis in general were professional and very helpful with any issues that arose. Always friendly and positive even in the times when I'm sure they felt nothing but frustration. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as the best agents in Staines.

GoogleAmending my review from 1 star to 4 star. I personally went on a visit with Oasis to view a property. The letting agent arrived early, as I had done, which was appreciated given the heat of that particular weekend.
She was knowledgeable about the property and responsive to our questions. Although we did not ultimately put a holding deposit down I felt my first review was not representative of the overall professionalism that Oasis can offer, considering this viewing.

When I phoned about the property I was told by Cheryl that unfortunatly the property was under offer, but there was another property listed by Oasis in Sunbury.
I veiwed the property in person fell in love with it an put an offer on the property.
which was promtly accepted.
Then in due course there was a church clause in the property which did not cover me for the church charging me a large sum of money. Cheryl did not push me to buy and looked after my best interests and mental wellbeing and advised me not to persue..
Cheryl then gave me the best news ever and told me my dream home in Staines had come back on the Market and in the words of Dorathey THERS NO PLACE LIKE HOME,. I am now looking forward to moving in.

I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service I received from Cheryl Slark last year.
Cheryl initially showed me the house that I subsequently bought. She clearly articulated my needs to enable my purchase to the vendor/seller and facilitated communication so that were both able to meet an agreement on my requirements for a purchase. Cheryl was excellent in keeping up to date with every step of the sale and regularly contacted the solicitors, the seller and myself. All of her efforts led to a successful sale in less than 6 weeks. I was delighted. She was friendly, accessible and clearly listened to my needs.
I also received an evaluation for the sale of my flat from her. The information that was provided was a good up to date market research of local properties and the evaluation was to my expectation. Again, the service was reliable and professional.

View AgentsI started looking for a place to rent in August, I had to find a place asap as I had to move out from where I was living in about 1 and a bit month. I started looking immediately and every time I found a flat that I liked I called the estate agency to book a viewing. between all the estate agencies ISIS was the best one, Kayleigh Slatter was the estate agent that followed me with all the viewings etc.. She was simply amazing trying to help me finding the right place with the right price. after a few weeks I finally found the flat I loved, so I gave ISIS the deposit of the flat. After I moved in I was a bit concerned the agency would have disappeared and not helped me but I was totally wrong. Every time I had a problem or doubt I called Kayleigh and she was always there to help me. ISIS has got the perfect customer service and for what they showed me they really care about the customers and their needs.

We sold our property through OASiS. They helped us from start to finish by helping us with the right time to sell, how to market the property and get viewings. It took less then a week to have viewings and offers. They took great pictures, made a great advert. Amiee then proceeded to help us with our potential buyers and our own problems when they arose. Always at the end of the phone or email and ready to help out. Amiee and the team worked really hard to sort out insurances and solicitors and other details. We sat down a few times in the office just so they could update is on where we were at and what they needed and solicitors needed.

I contacted Isis and Steven Harvey came and met me at the house and was very sensitive and not at all pushy but spent a lot of time talking me through the various options of selling and letting to raise money for her care home fees. When I decided to go ahead Amiee Bryett was appointed as my contact and within a few days the property was successfully marketed and several buyers made offers. Amiee helped me to decide which buyer would be best to proceed with. Unfortunately my buyer's buyer pulled out but within days a new one was found and by careful negotiation handled by Amiee and renegotiation on the sale price the chain was put together again. Amiee kept me informed every step of the way and communication couldn't have been better. I was very impressed with the service I received and the advice I was given and would thoroughly recommend Isis.
