GoogleWe had our home of 23 years on the market in early 2019 with another local estate agent, after an unsatisfactory experience with them we decided to come off the market. Several months and four valuations later we decided to try again with Oasis. We met sales manager Jonathan Stanton at a viewing and was suitably impressed with his manner and experience to agree to a valuation with CEO Steven Harvey. It was obvious to us from the outset that Oasis was the way forward as Steven was able to substantiate his market appraisal with relevant data and back up Oasis very impressive track record with credible evidence. We are very pleased to be able to say we made the right choice. We ended up selling and also buying our now home through Oasis and I can truthfully say that we felt supported and listened to throughout the whole process. Oasis really is an estate agent you can depend on and this is reflected in every single member of the team that we came into contact with. Jonathon, Spencer, Gemma, Jane & Karen where all outstanding in their professionalism and willingness to indulge us in our many viewings, numerous questions and measure ups.They are all, without exception, a true credit to Oasis. Spencer is a man of unending patience and this was very evident when dealing with a family that have not moved for a very long time! Buying and selling a property is never an easy task and as is typical there were many bumps along the way which were always dealt with by the team in an expert and warm manner. GoogleOasis were absolutely fantastic with the sale of my flat. Jonathan, Georgina and the sales team made extra effort to ensure they were familiar with the property and had all the information ready to sell. Where a number of other agents failed to sell and made no effort, Oasis came up trumps and it sold! Even after that point, working with Aileen & Karen, their dedicated move managers, they couldn’t do enough to help me with solicitors delays and frustrating hurdles that came up along the way. Oasis certainly made a very stressful experience manageable and they did their best to resolve any issues. A five star team demonstrating five star service!

Spencer very knowledgeable about the property and was patient and extremely polite with us with all our questions. As first time buyer we had minimum to no knowledge about the processes. Spencer proactively provided us with details of some of the recommended mortgage brokers , solicitors , Surveyors etc. He continued to keep in touch with us throughout the process until contracts were exchanged. GoogleOasis in Staines helped us find our dream home after an 8 month search!! We were signed up to notifications for any properties that were about to come on (or back on) the market where we found our new home. I was swiftly booked in for a viewing where I was met with the lovely Lauren. Everything and everyone was punctual and organised throughout the whole process - which suits a regimented person like me! From the moment our offer was accepted to completion I can't fault Oasis at all. You'd think they would have their client's (the seller) best interest but we never felt like that, they kept us in the loop more than the solicitors did and we were able to bridge that gap of comms throughout the whole process. Without that we may have lost out on the house during what was an unusually very quick process. Coming in to this as first time buyers was quite daunting and very fast but we felt supported and kept in the loop the entire time. If we were ever to move on, we will definitely list with Oasis. The people are so friendly, reliable and professional, unlike some stuffy formal estate agents you can come across. We really felt like every staff member were batting for all of us Special thanks to the team for all being up to scratch and helping us and our lovely seller cross the line (in probably record time!) big shoutouts to Karen, Aileen, Simon, Lauren, Georgina and Jonathon We've been in a month now and we can't thank you enough, couldn't be happier

He helped me all the way and was very positive .I have a major problem selling my flat because of market stalling and Brexit uncertainty. All team was working extremely hard and got the job done . I used 2 different estate agents at the same time and they were nowhere near the level Oasis represented. GoogleI would definitely recommend Oasis, we sold our house with them recently. We made an enquiry with their office, the same day we had a valuation and photos taken and by the following Saturday we accepted a near asking price offer. Once the sale was agreed they continued to work hard to push everything through at pace and were always on hand to answer questions and advise us. In particular, Matthew was able to sort out the property photography and put my flat on the market within one working day. Ish has also been a pleasure to work with as he followed up with prospective tenants and always ensured I was updated with regular communication. I highly recommended Matthew, Ish and the rest of the lettings team at Oasis!
