Googleim an electrician and director of e.e.s. (Surrey) ltd based in addlestone Surrey. we do a lot of work for a lot of estate agents, letting agents and property management companies and find that working with dan parramore and his team at Martin and co staines is extremely easy due to them always being on the ball and very proactive with any electrical issues needing to be sorted. they come through to us quickly and we get them sorted as quickly as we can.

GoogleAlthough unable to help with our enquiry at the time Hannah offered priceless and immensely helpful local knowledge to assist in our daughter's search for a suitable property. This guidance was offered freely and with no commercial benefit to Martin & Co and has led directly to our daughter making a successful purchase in the area. This review offers us a chance to make our thanks public and to point out that a small act of kindness can go a long way. Integrity, compassion and excellent local knowledge would be at the top of our list when seeking the best estate agents and Hannah clearly has all those qualities in abundance.

Googlei had a very bad experience with the kingston branch specialy with Hannah Wheatley the senior sales negotiator how was very unprofessional and because of her i lost an affordable flat that i liked but she sold it after i got the acceptance for my offer !!!!!! and even with out giving me the chance to make a higher offer !! and since then me and my solicitor are trying to contact the manager or any supervisor but they avoiding us !!!!!! SOME ONE SHOULD CONTACT ME FROM MARTIN & CO

Facebookmy daughter had a call today out of the blue from a member of staff regarding a property she was interested in before lockdown. she has a 5 month old baby who was crying in the background. he rudely told her he cant deal with this and hung up. I understand this is a difficult time for businesses but it is also a difficult time for a young mum trying to find a new home as they are over crowded, she does not and never will deserve to be treated so rudely. May I suggest when employing staff to work closely with people you make sure those staff have at least some basic manners and people skills.

A great team with superb interpersonal skills. Dec 17 Update: We recently sold our property through M&Co Staines and wish to testify to the excellent abilities of Joy Cook's Sales team. In particular, Owen Nato who displayed much diligence, patience and meticulousness - sadly qualities not always conspicuous in this business sector. He remained highly accessible throughout the entire transaction and deservedly earned the respect of both vendor and purchaser.

The service I have received has been exemplary, especially from Maria who is always on top of all aspects of the property. They listen to any guidelines I set out and offer advice based on their experience to fine tune the guidelines. This means I am confident that everything is taken care of. GoogleI transferred from another agency in Staines as I felt that I wasn't supported as a landlord, and that I was just a "cash cow"; the move to Martin & Co was the best decision I made relating to my property and I wish I had made it sooner. The staff are very helpful; they don't just come with a problem, they already have a possible solution, so you know that you can resolve any issues quickly. Whilst being based away from my property, having someone local who will just get on and fix any issues, is a huge relief. Thanks team - you make being a landlord much easier!

Very professional from the very start. I generally deal with Maria, property manager, and she is one the most helpful and approachable person I have dealt with. GoogleI'm a Landlord that has used Martin & co's services for nearly 3 years while I have been working abroad. I have to say that they manage the property very well indeed, any issues that arise with the property have been communicated quickly and clearly. They always have tradesmen available to fix problems at a reasonable cost, they have taken great care of my property in my absence and taken a lot of the pressure off of renting out my property. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rental management company.
