From start to finish this has been the most efficient, respectful and informative process I could have asked for from Martin and co. The professionalism of the team at egham especially Jasmine Gahunia has been of the highest standard and I’ve so much gratitude for the way it’s been handled. All stress and worry was taken care of and left me convinced my best interests were at heart. Even with it being at Christmas the speed at which it was all done shows exceptional standards. Would recommend this company and team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell.

Martin & Co successfully matched me to a rental flat in Staines. The service they provided is first class in every way. The initial viewing with Erica was professional and engaging. I was then engaged by Shenaya who kept me informed via email or phone at every step of the way until the handover of keys. Shenaya was kind and professional at all times. I don’t normally write reviews, but Jasmine truly deserves this. As a 19-year-old student, finding a place has been incredibly difficult, especially having to come face-to-face with so many things I’ve never had to deal with before. From the very start, Jasmine understood this and was nothing but comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She has such a warm and positive attitude, and you can immediately tell that she truly loves and cares about her job. Her support made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and without her encouragement and reassurance, I honestly don’t know how far I would have gotten. The previous ownership of Martin and Co. Staines was DREADFUL. Ignored maintenance requests, lack of communication, and inaction on emergency requests (I was without a boiler for more than two weeks and the malfunctioning issues plagued me for months beforehand) were par for the course. However, the new ownership of Doreen Rose on 1st May 2021 has turned EVERYTHING around. There is now clear, concise, and timely communication. Maintenance requests are acknowledged within an hour and applicable follow-ups happen by the end of the day. Doreen cares about her clients and is working hard to earn my trust and make me feel valued as a tenant, which I do! I’m really grateful for the change in management and am now happy to rent through Martin and Co.!
