Hi there,
I have been looking for house for my mum, and Doreen was the first person who dealt with us until now she been very helpful and professional and her quick reply for email text and calls etc have made my life easier to communicate with them. She is very lovely and very polite, thank you for all your help finding a place for my mum. The process itself was actually very easy believe due she is very organised and straight on point, thank you again Doreen.
I have also dealt with Imran, who have been very helpful and keep us updated with any issues we had and any appointments we got etc. Overall I will say the experience myself and my mum had with Martin&co is been excellent, thank you for everything you guys do and have done.

I’ve been renting for Martin and Co. for over a year now. Prior to May 2021, communicating and working with the estate agents was a real challenge with emergency maintenance needs being unresolved for weeks, no communication, no follow up, having to send emails and make calls frequently in hopes of getting a reply, and lack of documentation. However, Doreen Rose took over ownership and management on 1st May 2021 and things have improved 100%! Communication is consistent, clear, and timely. Maintenance requests are acknowledged usually within an hour, and follow up/informative emails are sent by the end of the business day. Doreen obviously cares about giving her clients exceptional service and has been very conscientious and attentive, making me feel, for the first time, valued as a tenant. I’m now exceptionally happy to be renting through Martin and Co.!
