Doreen talked me through the whole process, of letting a flat which i had just purchased, she was helpful and quickly marketed my property, a tennant was found within days and all paperwork concluded quickly, the references took a while but doreen and lyn kept me well informed, i would definately recommend this estate agents

I have been a client of Martin & Co (Staines) since the last quarter of 2011. The quality of the service I receive from them is always of the highest quality. The whole life cycle from finding a tenant, checking tenants in, performing on-site visits, checking tenants out, managing the cleaning, taking care of maintenance, arranging quotes for repairs, providing landlord advice, prompt statements etc. is of the utmost excellence. I find the quality of the client feedback excellent. I always know exactly what is going on at all times. I live in Cape Town, and I have total peace of mind. Thanks to Martin & Co and a big shout out to Doreen and her team who are all really great at what they do. Thank you once again, Roy.
