We have experience with several local estate agents and Austin and Roe were by far the easiest to work with. I think the fact that they are local and independent allows them to stay very grounded in terms of the service they provide. They are really pleasant and accommodating but always professional. They listened as well as advised. They pushed the sale along helpfully when needed. The sales process was conducted very efficiently; all arrangements concluded punctually and as promised. GoogleOutstanding customer service 👍🏼 I have used Austin & Roe as both a buyer and seller and I can honestly say that their customer service was great, they were very responsive and attentive. I was especially impressed by Anna when she took the time to respond to an email enquiry of mine on a Saturday night, I was anticipating a reply during normal office hours on Monday but I was very impressed when I received a reply within minutes on a Saturday evening.... outstanding! GoogleShocking. This viewing was arranged for an elderly relative having to travel some distance to view the property. Contact person was very friendly BUT Arrange to view a property and was told a confirmation email would be sent. It wasn’t! No big deal mistakes happen. So I sent an email to confirm details and time of visit. Received a very pleasant reply thanking me and again told a confirmation email would come. It never did even 4 days later. Day of the appointment 20 minutes before the agreed time. I received a very apologetic phone call asking if the viewing could be delayed 30 minutes because they were having a bad day. Not great but these things happen. 50 minutes later, time of rearranged viewing get another apologetic phone call they cannot find the key so a viewing would not be possible. Elderly relatively now completely stressed out and total confused of what’s going on. Can’t help but also think about the poor people paying them for this service.NegativeQuality

I used them in 2019 ..never again More interested in looking good in social media than selling property..especially if a lower priced one .I didn't review at the time as the whole process made me ill . I went with DBROBERTS who found me a buyer in 2 weeks . Our seller was with A&R also and didn't have a good experience . Avoid

Now that you have searched for a local Estate Agent to Stone in Staffordshire, please do not look any further.Having delt with many Estate Agents in the past, we have finally found a service that means that we will no longer look elsewhere for the services that they offer. The team at Austin and Roe take much of the weight off of your shoulders when making a purchase/sale with their knowledge and experience.Thank you all at Austin and Roe for allowing 'silly questions' to be asked and providing a clear and confident answer - and for being an Estate Agent that actually calls you back when they say they will!

Extremely happy with how efficiently and professionally our move was dealt with. The staff at Austin & Roe were all friendly and were very helpful at such a stressful time. We had a few minor issues within the property but these were rectified within days and the agent kept us in the loop at every step of the way. Austin & Roe are by far the best agent I have had to date! I cannot recommend enough from a tenants prospective. Fabulous to have full confidence in a company after such a dreadful experience with other agents. We can’t thank you enough for helping us on our journey to find and the most lovely home for our family along side great rates and full support when we needed it. Amazing
