The letting formalities were undertaken personally by Anna efficiently, quickly and professionally. Anna was truly amazing with every query It was a truly personal service. Having moved in it has confirmed our initial feelings that it is a delightful, high quality property in a super location. If you are looking for a Letting Agent look no further than Austin and Roe, their professional and personal service is truly unique and they gave us an excellent experience. We've dealt with Austin & Roe (Stone) on many occasions, using them to both buy and sell our property and now even rent. Over the years we've got to know the whole team and have always received great service, professional advice & good communication. Most importantly we've always felt really valued as a customer !!.
