GoogleI can not recommend Sam, Maggie & the team enough. Our house sale was handled professionally and with the care and support needed during a stressful and time sensitive time. From the initial valuation, to booking viewings, and then handling the exchange & completion, the team at Austin Roe were in control and kept us updated at every step. Sam gave excellent advice and went above and beyond what I expected from our Estate Agents. GoogleI used Austin & Roe to sell my house. From the beginning of the transaction their communication was really good, telling me about viewings, giving feedback and letting me know about issues as well as suggesting an excellent contractor. Maggie's advice re pricing definitely saved me several thousand pounds. Once the sale was agreed, Samantha took over and liaised between the solicitors, buyer and surveyor really efficiently, again keeping me up to date throughout. I've worked in the industry for 20+ years and would not hesitate to recommend Sam and Maggie at Austin & Roe - thank you again for everything.

GoogleI have had the best renting experience yet, thanks to Anna at Austin and Roe. Relocating involves relying on local knowledge with agent integrity, and Anna showed she had that. Anna listened, understood, and cared about my needs, advising me accordingly. Her professional can do attitude makes all communications easy and positive as she finds solutions to queries. Anna is quick to respond to emails, is supportive, approachable, and I only wish all letting agents were this human!

Staff were knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my queries no matter how small. I primarily dealt with Anna who was a delight to work with. Staff went above and beyond to assist me during my move, as I was being exceptionally awkward due to working nights at the hospital. Samantha, Darcy and Michelle supported us through the entire process and made the whole transaction, from house viewings to picking up the keys, run smoothly. GoogleSamantha handled the sale of our house last summer. We found her to be very efficient and was always at the end of the phone if we needed advice. The sale of the house took much longer than expected, but Sam and her staff were very helpful when dealing with any problems.
