I recently purchased a house through Austin & Roe. They were extremely helpful and friendly both on the ‘phone and in person at their office, and prompt to answer questions. Also, when I started ‘house hunting’ and it looked as if I wasn’t going to find a suitable property to buy straight away, they were the most helpful of all the Agents I spoke to about looking for short term lets. I’m very happy to recommend them.

Over the years I have purchased and sold a number of properties and I can say from experience I have had varying problems/experiences along the way and I'm sure we all have? however I can say my journey on selling my last property with Austin & Roe as been exceptional from day one they have made me feel special and take time out to make me feel at ease through every step of the way of the process and as we all know there are a couple of things that are stressful in life and to mention a few are child birth, buying a new car and selling and buying a house, there staff will take time out to and explain this every step of the way. I moved to Stone in September 2021 and had the great good fortune of working with Austin & Roe. I moved into a beautiful furnished two bedroom flat at the top of High Street. Austin &Roe have been fabulous landlords! Whenever I had a concern, large or small they responded immediately in an efficient and genial manor.
