GoogleThey sold the house for the asking price within six weeks of starting the process. They looked after all viewings so the process was painless. they always kept me informed of progress and addition visits by the buyers and their agents.

GooglePotential Vendor? No Chance. I called to ask about house prices and Charlie Hamilton said that he "did not have time" to help me. It was only when he ended the conversation and I asked for his managers name 'Paul Barnes', that he said that he will call me back in 10 minutes and he did... after that experience, I will not be dealing with this estate agent AGAIN!

Having spoken to Charlie, we understand that you wanted advice regarding a development you were potentially thinking about buying which was on the market with another agent. Charlie at the time felt he was unable to give you the appropriate advice without looking into your query further. Once he had had an opportunity to investigate local comparable evidence, he was able to call back and help. we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.
