Buildfix have worked with John German for over 10 years supporting them with the maintenance of their letting's portfolio. I have to place them at the top of the lettings league for quality. They strive for the correct solution not the cheapest and this benefits both the Landlord and the Tenant. I have known Charlie Hamilton (Lettings, Tenancy Manager) for the same amount of time and he fights both sides of the argument from both corners, a good deal for the Landlord and a safe home environment for the tenant. As the letting's arena becomes more competitive John German will strive ahead with a quality portfolio, in return providing a good return for landlords with quality tenants and the ability to ask that little bit more for rental income. I have been a landlord & rented out properties through John German for many years. Throughout this time their all round service has always been very professional and of the highest quality. A person I have dealt with from the very beginning is Rachel Johnson who has always provided exemplary service in a friendly, responsive and thoroughly professional manner. Rachel and the rest of the John German team remove a great deal of the stress that can exist in being a landlord and are very efficient in dealing with any problems that may occur.

Nice enough staff but literally messed up everything possible so I would not recommend going anywhere near them. They booked the valuation on the wrong day. Then they booked the second appointment at wrong time. The write up for brochure was awful and full of grammatical errors so we had to rewrite it. They promised glossy brochures then didn't do them, when we asked for one they just did a print out. The Agent showed up to do the first viewing while we were out with no knowledge of the property and without the questionnaire/forms full of information about the property that they asked us to fill in and they still won't answer why that happened.
