GoogleIf I was selling my house I would never use these. Called to arrange a viewing for a property I was interested in, agent took all my details then when I told her that my house was not yet on the market she refused to let me go for a viewing. I explained that the area we are moving from has a very fast moving market so wanted to find somewhere before we put ours up as we knew it would sell quickly. She said someone would get back to me but they never did. Saw another property with a different agent which we loved put my house on the market and it sold within a week.
