From start to finish, their service has been outstanding. They kept us constantly updated at every stage of the process, so we always knew exactly what was happening. Their advice was clearly grounded in real market knowledge and experience, which gave us complete confidence in the decisions we were making.
What really stood out was how invested they all were in selling our property and even on those quieter weeks they would always update us with how many clicks our advert had and would discuss options to drive more traffic to our home.

GoogleCan't praise the team at Brocton enough! We recently purchased through John German and from the first contact everyone was so pleasant to deal with, always having a professional and helpful attitude, even when I was ranting about inefficient solicitors.
In particular Claire Midgley was brilliant - constantly chasing solicitors and pushing the purchase through, and was always keen to help.
On the day of the move there were some issues and in Claire's absence the team in the office were great, chasing the finances and getting us in our new home.
The best bit is that we didn't even pay them as we were the buyers..
In the stress of all the issues of preparing to move house it was nice to have a reliable efficient team to help in all aspects. Thank you!

In particular I commend Jessica Wileman and Becky Scargill for the work that they do in both finding and vetting prospective tenants. Jessica is excellent at both advising during the refurbishment process and pricing to fit the current market place and Becky excels at vetting and managing the implementation of the letting process. The few times I have gone against a recommendation of hers on the suitability of a prospective tenant I have regretted it.

From the first contact they were responsive, professional and kind. They took the stress out of the sale which was important for me living 120 miles away from the property they sold for me.
I particularly want to mention Reiss who saw the true value of the property rather than just looking at what other agents were suggesting. Reiss was supported by all the staff at the Stafford office who were a delight to deal with.
