Dexters were our letting agent and property management team. They were very quick at finding a tenant so their sales team is good - Natalie was our contact point and was very professional. However their property management team is poor - lead by Chris. We basically received no communication apart from the monthly statement showing their invoices and when I asked specific questions they were often ignored. I expected a lot more from their service and have been disappointed by their attitude and professionalism. It is clear that they are more focussed on the sales than the property management and so I would not recommend them for lettings management.

Working with Samantha Young at Dexters was such a welcome relief. I was shopping around and using every agency to try and find the right apartment for me. Working with Samantha was finally like working with a professional who had your best interests at heart and not an agent that was trying to push you out of your budget or convince you to view unsuitable places or use outdated scare tactics to rush you along. I worked with Lauren in the St. Margarets office. Although I didn’t ultimately find a place through Lauren, I wanted to leave a review anyway. Lauren made an effort to understand my needs. Really good service! I cannot thank Natalie and Samantha enough. They were both super helpful and full of knowledge and advice throughout the entire process on letting my apartment. I first met Natalie who came over to view my apartment and I remember her saying ' I'll have no problem getting this let' or words to that affect. From that point on I had all confidence in this agency. I was then handed over to Samantha, who like Natalie was very confident and equally as professional; golly at one point I thought I was working for them 😉 they were consistently in contact checking if I had this and that in place, which really kept me on my toes. Samantha was always available whenever I needed advice and even set up a skype call with potential clients which I was very impressed with. We put a property on the market in January with Dexters . Nancy Miller the director came to see us at the house initially , along with a colleague. They spent time with us , and Nancy was very interested , and positive, and gave good advice to achieve a sale . She kept us fully informed every time there was a viewing, which they undertook , as we live over 100 miles away from the property.
