Ginny (Ginevra) has been a really amazing property manager. Although we were displaced out of of flat for over a month I think the scenario was a home owners worst nightmare. Sewage back up into our ground floor flat. We were reimbursed all of our rent for the time we were displaced and as our landlord was so lovely he reimbursed the cost of the hotel we were staying in. When something like this happens we were so thankful we had a great property manager who was working round the clock (even in the weekends) to ensure we were back home in a timely manner and reimbursed by the insurance company. Now we’re back in our beautiful flat with gorgeous new floorboards! Thank you Ginny!

I came to Dexters in August 2016 after the estate agents we had used in Richmond for the previous 7 years successfully had suddenly failed to motivate, were not listening and had not brought enough people to see the flat. I spoke with Natalie Plantanias, the Lettings Manager at Dexters, St Margarets, who responded to my nerves about the current tenants leaving in a couple weeks, motivating right away and coming herself with a colleague to photograph the flat. Within 5 days we had 6 viewings and within 10 days we had an offer from very nice and reliable tenants who we signed contracts with. What a relief! Natalie and her team were punctual and responsible every step of the way and provided excellent communications throughout. We felt heard and cared for in their experienced handling of the details.
