Lauren and Jasmine have been amazing during the process of finding a property to rent. Me and my partner were quite stressed when finding a property we loved in our price range but they really helped. Jasmine has been amazing at showing us around flats and she is such a pleasure to talk to, she makes us feel really comfortable and is really attentive and great at explaining a property. Lauren has been super efficient and helpful when I have queries about going through the process of putting in offers and going through references etc. She always replies quickly and I feel great knowing she is only a phone call away. They have been amazing whilst we are attempting to navigate the property search after only living in student flats!

Particular thanks to Alex and Alice for their patience and persistence! When the sale/purchase had been agreed, David Fisher became our contact to help keep everything moving. David's input was invaluable. As is so often the case, communication between the various solicitors was sometimes frustratingly slow. David was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop and chasing up where needed. He was always quick to respond to emails/calls whenever we had a query - thank you!

Dexters sold our flat during the first weekend of viewings. We needed a very fast turnaround to ensure our onward purchase went through and Janine Du Plooy the Sales Support Manager was excellent at ensuring this went through. She constantly kept us up to date with proceedings and helped iron out any small issues that came up along the way. If anything, we would recommend them purely for the sales support.

We've been renting our property out through Dexters for over 10 years and have always found them to be helpful, super friendly and professional. Nathalie and her team looked after us most recently, found us a great tenant at short notice and helped us achieve a quick turn-around. They assisted with some of the organising of trades to get the property ready and kept both us and our tenant on track and happy. During lock down Nathalie even helped with an issue we had whilst the property was empty (and not currently on her books), a factor which cemented our decision to call her when we decided to put the property back on the letting market.

We are a family that moved recently to the UK. As we have decided to move houses recently, Dexters was one of the agencies I contacted. In a very short time period, they found us exactly what we were looking for. The agent we dealt with was Negin. Negin along with the team at St. Margarets were really amazing from day 1. They set up the viewing, followed up after the viewing, set up a meeting with the landlord and stayed with us in the meeting beyond their normal working hours. even after the agreement was reached with the Landlord, they were extremely helpful and patient with all the million questions I threw at them.
