Noran has been a fantastic letting agent. He found the best tenants to rent our property and took care of the entire process from start to finish. We had been looking for a property in the St Margaret's area and had the pleasure of meeting Sam Forster who showed us around a few properties. He also showed us a wild card Town house and both myself and my girlfriend were very impressed by his choice. Sam helped us through the process and even after the property fell through he showed us other properties and kept us informed and updated on the original one which eventually came back on the market and with his help we got to put an offer in and will now hopefully complete very soon. Rhys is just incredible! Incredibly efficient, friendly, professional, understanding and flexible. Living abroad meant I was not able to supervise the whole letting process and Rhys took everything in charge finding tenants immediately and making all the arrangements in record timing. I had a great experience working with Kiah from viewing the apartment I'm currently renting to sorting out all the required documents! She was always very responsive, patient and giving helpful advice! I'm putting only 4 stars since I wish Dexters had a different procedure for the referencing. The Lettings Hub was hard to reach over the phone, the website was displaying an error when uploading a file they asked for, it took at least a day for them to review any document and every back and forth required help from Dexters anyway.
