Excellence, kindness, and team work. Negin extrapolated what I wanted and needed from what I merely said, noticed patterns in my response, and suggested a perfect match. Negin with the St Margarets team were brilliant in helping me through the whole lifecycle of a move in an incredibly tough market. The back office team must have supported Negin who patiently and tenaciously saw to every legal and financial detail. I am going to pouch her, but don't tell their boss.

I recently sold my house through Dexters and was pleased with the process and support I received. I was given good advice on when to sell and we discussed a suitable price. Marketing was good, and I had a strong offer within 2 weeks. I dealt with Abigail Boucher initially and then Sam Forster both were professional and answered queries quickly. The only suggestion is that given it was the first time I sold a house there was a bit more support to ensure I was a bit more in the driving seat of the sales process when negotiating the offer. The offer to completion took 4 months and I felt this could have been expedited had I been given direction. Overall, I got a good price, they recommended Simply Conveyancing who worked well for me, and completion was seamless. Sam supported me when there were a few curve balls and was very empathetic. I know the teams must process many sales but the personal touch rather than being treated like a transaction/number does help.

We started looking for our house last year. At that point Stevie at Dexters promised "I will find you your perfect house!". She stayed true to her word and we made an offer on a house she showed us before it even went online. It's been a protracted process, only due to the difficulties that come with having a chain. Throughout that Stevie has been relentlessly positive, even when our own positivity has dwindled. She has been so transparent and understanding and clearly working not only in the best interest of her client but also us, the buyers. A total win-win! We are so glad that it's been Stevie at the end of the phone during this whole process.
