From the moment I rang them to arrange a viewing for a house to today where we have found our dream home, Dexters have been anything but fantastic. I would love to share my feedback on working with Stevie-Leigh and the wonderful team at Dexter's St Margarets. My partner and I had been searching high and low for 3 months for property in St. Margarets area, during which time our low mortgage offer was due to run out and we had been unfortunate enough to have been let down by another agent and seller. I contacted Dexter's, spoke to Stevie-Leigh, explained our situation and she instantly set to work. Stevie-Leigh was meticulous in her detail and really put 110% in to finding what is now the house we fell in love with, and own! She is both knowledgeable and friendly, her professionalism was clear from the get go and at no point did she try an send any properties that didn’t fit our criteria - this stood out head and shoulders for us! As time was of the essence, Stevie-Leigh helped set up viewings in really tight timescales, was super sharp and timely with all communications and helped us keep our rate and complete in 2 and a half months. It was our pleasure to work with Stevie-Leigh, she is embodies everything that a great agent should be! Thankyou so much for your help, persistence and tenacity; we can't wait to make our house a home.

I would highly recommend Dexter's St Margarets. Stevie and her team are so professional. They have a database of people and are continuously working to get viewings to try to sell your property. I had more success with Dexters within one week, than I had with another agent in 3 months. Whenever you call the office they know who's calling, and regardless of who answers the phone, everyone treats you like your No. 1. After 8 months long of search within the area and couple of unsuccessful attempts, finally Dexters helped us to find our first home. All St Margarets team and especially Stevie-Leigh was very helpful during the pre-sales and sales process. Samantha Young responded to a rental enquiry within minutes and within two weeks of sourcing the perfect property as per our spec (and this was very particular - set budget, two beds, 2 receptions, garden and within streets of our current home) we were signing contracts! She supported us all through the process which could have been daunting. Liaised with the landlord and really brought our dream of our new home to reality. Stevie-Leigh and her team managed the process, kept me informed and did an excellent job finding the right buyer and ensuring the sale went through extremely quickly. The advice I received was good advice. Was not too happy with the firm of solicitors recommended. Definitely not happy with the letting management side of the business when I saw the state of the property after letting it out for 6 years through Dexters and am still waiting for a response from them to the questions raised when the tenants moved out and have still not received the termination report that should have been sent to me.
