GoogleVery poor communication with the agent. I was trying to get everything in order before going away but no one would do anything. I was ready to pay and sign everything so that I could enjoy a week off before a stressful move. But that was wishful thinking. As soon as I flew out I was bombarded with emails requesting paperwork to be signed, etc... On top of that I was told the carpet of the new property didn't need professional cleaning as it was new, surprise surprise, the day we moved in we found out not only that the carpet wasn't new but that the previous owner had a cat. The stench was and still is unbearable not to mention my partner is allergic to cats. I now need to fork out more money to change the carpet in a house that is not mine. Very disappointed with this agency, it's been a constant let down from start to finish. I'll never use them again that's for sure.

GoogleIt was the first time we used Northwood as a letting agency, and everything went smoother than we had expected. Communication was great throughout the process, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful, especially Jade who handled the whole process from contract signing to moving in very professionally. It was the most pleasant letting experience we had so far in over a decade!

GoogleThis is not the first time I'm renting a flat in the UK and my experience so far was very disappointing: before you pay the agents are very helpful and sympathetic, but right after they disappear completely. With the Northwood I had a completely different experience: the viewing was right on time, the agent answered all our questions, we put an offer right away and in a couple of days the agent (Lenka) came back to us and told us that our offer was accepted. All the paperwork was done, all questions answered before the check in. The check in was done on a very professional level: everything was explained, the tour was made. Even very nice little detail: the check in report is online app where you can upload your photos and comments. Great experience, highly recommend!

GoogleWe have used Northwood for many years for both sales and rental. Tim and his staff have always worked quickly and efficiently when dealing with our properties. When we recently sold a property Alex handled the sale, we found him incredibly helpful and his regular communications were very reassuring. We continue to use Northwood for a rental property, Sam has handled this and worked super quickly to find suitable tenants. We are very happy with the service we have received from Alex, Sam and all the staff in both sales and lettings. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe were working with Lenka throughout our process of renting our flat, and she was so incredibly helpful and lovely for the entire duration of the process. If we had any questions or concerns we could email her whenever we needed, and she would always reply quickly and reliably.
