GoogleI recently moved to St. Albans with my family and was incredibly impressed with the top-tier letting service provided by the Northwood team. Lenka, in particular, was instrumental in helping us find a lovely apartment that perfectly suited our needs. The team was incredibly responsive to our questions, even the most basic ones, which can be challenging for new immigrants. Their service was comprehensive and exceptional. I hope they continue to provide such excellent service. Additionally, a bit of extra patience when communicating with newcomers, especially over the phone, would be greatly appreciated, as signal issues can sometimes hinder clear communication.
