As first time buyers we really were totally green to they buying process. Grant Van Der Beek and the team went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed and educated throughout the process. Even when our initial acceptance fell through, Grant assured us that he would let us know prior to listing if a like for like property came onto the market. Lo and behold a couple of weeks later a property did. I am glad to say that this is now our home. I couldn't recommend Hamptons Int St Albans highly enough and would certainly seek their services in the future. All the best guys!

We have just bought our dream home through Hamptons and I have to say it has been one of the least stressful and straightforward purchases I have ever made. Particular thanks to Grant who handled everything from when we first viewed the property right up to completion today. We felt like we were in safe hands every step of the way and the most impressive thing was just how much care was applied to every detail throughout the process. The whole thing feel very transparent and fair. I'm sure we were just another couple among many who were in the middle of house buying from them, but Hamptons never made us feel like our call or email wasn't top of their agenda. A skill I think! For Sales, maybe. Stay away for property management. Only interested in collecting fees and making sure they have an easy life. Do not conduct genuine referencing of tenants and when problems arise offer no support despite collecting full managed services fees. Very, very disappointing personnel and service standards.

I was uncertain about appointing Hamptons for the sale of my property as it seemed to me that their field was more within the upper end of the market. Also I had moved from another agent whose commission was less. However I was very pleased with the thoroughness in which they successfully carried out the sale. Hamptons dealt with the sale of my late mothers house. Their initial probate valuation was bang on. Their marketing was intelligent and bespoke, finding a range of buyers within a week of the house going on sale. Over the course of the sale there were a number of issues with others in the chain which Hamptons dealt with expertly, offering us advice which was clearly born of great experience. We have worked with and used Hamptons services over the last few years for company and personal rentals. Laura Peachy who we normally contact - was amazing as always. Her customer service and knowledge was outstanding and she was super helpful with whatever we needed, especially in the short time-frame that we had to secure a place. Even with Laura being away on annual leave, the other staff members that we dealt with, were consistent with the professionalism, customer service and knowledge of what we needed and where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend Hamptons if you are looking to rent or buy.
