GoogleFirst class From the valuation to completion I could not fault their service. I was updated on a regular basis. All contact with the staff was friendly but professional. I considered their fees to be very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Grant and Janine were my main contacts and I was very impressed.

GoogleWe sold our house in Hamilton Road, St Albans through Hamptons (St Albans) in October 2020. The entire process managed by Grant was seamless, professional, open and transparent. In addition there was the challenges posed by various lock-down restrictions, which were dealt with effectively and safely. There are number of Estate Agents in St Albans and they are all 'o.k.', but Hamptons (& Grant) have operated in the area for many years and have the credibility, knowledge and expertise to guide potential purchasers and sellers in a mature and balanced way.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

At all times, they were very willing to answer any queries I had reference the sale of the house, as well as any queries concerning the housing market in general. Their time and advice was much appreciated and valued; but perhaps most crucially, they proved themselves to have my best interest uppermost at all times. He is extremely professional, super quick to respond and most of all his communication has been super clear throughout our entire rental process. From the viewing to the negotiations, Roni ensured to keep us updated even when he had no new news he would stay in touch. When we had questions or things seemed unclear Roni went out of his way to ensure we had exactly what we needed. Roni, people like you make this world a better place! This even included many offers of help in terms of fetching and delivering paperwork to speed the process. GoogleWe have both sold property and gone through the buying process with the St Albans Hamptons team. Our contact is Grant who has been fantastic with his level of service. He always responds quickly and is very knowledgeable about the local market and the buying and selling process. GoogleFrom our first contact and viewing of the property a professional and comfortable relatioinship was established by Grant. During the offer period a transparent and informed negotiations were maintained by Grant. Grant also assisted us with establishing and resolving items of concerne with the vendor regarding issues with the property. During the bying process the sales office were helpfull and chased the solicitors on both sides to move the sale forward. Grant and the sales office were excellent.

GoogleA huge thank you to Kate, our process was actually very painful and took a lot longer than needed but Kate kept us positive with her efficiency, friendliness, professionalism and personalised service.. we felt like she was going through the process with us and was genuinely wanting so help us through every step. It will be strange not to have her in our every day life now that we have completed on our home. All our thanks goes to Kate, Hamptons St. Albans would not be the same with out her that’s for sure.
