Just completed on purchase of family home via Hamptons , St Albans. I rarely leave google reviews but couldn’t help writing this . I was so Impressed in so many ways by the amazing, kind , humane and professional way we were treated. Martin, promptly and expertly booked us a quick viewing. From that first conversation , which was both informative and imaginative , we already knew we were in the hands of a top outfit! Class! We were shown round the property by Susan and Mimi on different occasions and both, in their different styles yet equal natural warmth, made the viewing experience a total joy, never rushing us and explaining all the benefits of the property at great length. Just superb! Grant, who oversaw the negotiations knew exactly how to to strike the right balance at the key moments of the process for all parties involved , showing an outstanding level of expertise on his field. Never pushy , always informative and with an ability of making us put every situation into perspective. This is an extremely professional talented guy who has a solution to any hurdle. Priceless! The purchase was progressed by lovely and calm Janine who knew how to remove any stress from us with her thoughtful words and always at the right time. Again, her experience Kept us informed every step of the way and somehow made us feel she was cheering us on all the way! Just Awesome! Lastly, whilst we had brief interactions with Barbara and Louise, they certainly further enhanced the rest of the team each time we called the office as they knew who we were and what we were buying showing.
