Facebooktrying to get lettings dept to deal with a problem in a property they manage is impossible
Hi Sarah, we have looked into this and we gather that our Property management team are keeping you updated. Although we manage this property we are unable to action works until we have the express permission of the landlord which we have been progressing as fast as is possible. We hope that it will be resolved very soon but we are obliged to wait sorry.
