A great team all round, and a real contrast with other estate and lettings agents I've experienced! We have been renting through Frost's and have now also bought a house through them. The lettings team - especially our property manager Melanie - have been very helpful, clear and throughout, with none of the heavy-handedness, spurious fees or dodgy lease clauses I've encountered elsewhere. And the sales team - we've spoken with Tom, Daniela and the progressor Sarah - have been a pleasure to deal with. They have been very proactive throughout the process and ensured that we have had all the viewings and information we might want. They made us feel that they are as happy for us - and pleased to help - as for the sellers. I'd definitely use them myself and recommend them to others.

Frost's (St Albans) took over the sale of our house after a bumpy and distressing non-starter with another company. From the word go, there was not one person we interacted with that wasn't professional, knowledgeable or able to put us at ease. They worked tirelessly to ensure we not only had plenty of viewings for the house, but quality and serious viewings. All agents made themselves familiar with our house and area, and all were very professional and respectfull. Our house sold relatively quickly considering 2016 was coming to a close and the market had started to slow. Sarah Valentine took over as our Sales Progressor, nothing was too demanding for her and her reassuring demeanour made a a few hair raising glitches (nothing to do with Frost's) manageable, guiding us smoothly through the whole process as we readied to exchange. I must apologise for bombarding her all hours of the day with questions, all answered very promptly - do you sleep at your desk Sarah?! The service we have received deserves far more than the maximum 5*. I would recommend Frost's to anyone who is thinking of stepping onto the property ladder, 100% satisfaction for customer service all the way.

From the off Frost’s conducted themselves very professionally, with feeling, honesty and understanding. I had a few agents in to value the place and found Frost’s outstripped the opposition by far. I am so very glad I choose them to be my agent. The team worked hard at putting together a great sales presentation to get me many viewers on the open day. They then negotiated a fabulous price. Kept me informed every step of the way that I never felt left behind or unnecessary. Always there when I called and if they could not get in touch with me straight away kept trying until they did. Even when I was on holiday in a remote part of Europe we could still keep in touch on a daily basis.The staff were extremely helpful, their professionalism, calmness and ability to keep me calm and trusting in their negotiating skills with a difficult to get hold of at the most crucial times buyer. Resulted in a completion. Thank you so much Frost’s for your hard work on my behalf.

I came all the way from London, to see no place at all. They left me waiting at the door of the apartment with no explanation. Also they don't provide transport, so if it happens that unfortunately you have to deal with them count with commuting time.
