GoogleWe rented a home from Frost's this month and the whole process is possibly the most easiest and smoothest process in renting we've done. The agents have been lovely, friendly and helped us with everything professionally. I'm really happy with the experience and look forward to dealing with them regarding any renting in the future.

GoogleWe rented a house that was let and managed by frosts for 3 years. They were brilliant the entire time. Prompt, friendly and professional from the first viewing straight through moving out and arranging our deposit return. Any issues we had with the property were dealt with quickly and professionally. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

From the Sales Negotiator, to the Mortgage Advisor and finally the Sales Progressor, all were highly responsive and have made this whole experience relatively stress-free walking me through every step of the way Small compared to some other Estate Agents but they are the best I've dealt with by far

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the efficient, friendly service provided by our Frost's property manager Kitty Hills. Nothing is too much trouble, and our emails are replied to promptly every time. As landlords living abroad its good to know we can rely on her to attend to our property and tenants.

GoogleInvestigated moving to new rental managers and was so impressed with Frosts and their employee Sarah Twigg that my mind was made up almost on the spot. The management of the transfer, both at Agency level and tenant level seemed first class. Am looking forward to working with them for years to come.

GoogleWe went to a viewing, the agent did't come to the property, we emailed him, the flatmate called, he didn't reply. The flat was awful, I don't see why I should use an agency, just to pay more and have no support?
