GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. In the past I have sometimes wondered what estate agents did to earn their fees, but this time, they did a great job of marketing and then were in regular contact and very helpful with any questions as they came up throughout the sales process. Highly recommended.

GoogleNot having sold a house for over 30 years, I was relying on the agency to guide me in the modern ways. One or two hiccups along the line, but the outcome was good. I would like to draw attention to Stuart Dutton, who has performed in a model way, with the right manner and attitude, together with a good speaking voice. He should go far.

We are making a FORMAL COMPLAINT through their complaints procedure, The Ombudsmen and taking legal action for A VERY POOR SERVICE & Liable. GoogleRose Johnson guided us through a torturous international transfer from Japan to a St Albans rental property. We were kept well informed and if the going became difficult, Rose provided a solution and was always there to give valuable support. Frosts would be our first choice Estate Agent for any future moves.

GoogleWe rented with Frost's for almost 3 years and never had a problem. Any problems we had were always dealt with quickly and we couldn't have asked for any more from Melanie in the property management department. The only issues we have are the high fees charged at every opportunity, but this isn't unique to Frosts. Check-out fees are double what we have paid elsewhere.

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up buying a property with Frosts, I was very impressed with Daniela who tried really hard to find us a house. She stayed in contact with me all the time and I felt high up on her priority list. She worked really hard for us and it's a shame we didn't end up buying through her in the end.

GoogleWe bought through Frosts in March 2017 and were very impressed - they made the whole process run smoothly and worked across the chain to ensure that all the solicitors and agents were communicating effectively with one another. From a purchaser's point of view they were great, which I imagine also gives sellers confidence that offers are more likely to convert to purchases.
