GoogleFrosts took care of my rental property last year and I only have good things to say about them. They found a tenant quickly when other estate agents where struggling and handled all enquiries I had quickly and efficiently and if I do rent my property again I will be doing it through Frosts

Frosts agents st albans handled the letting of our property for several years but failed to let us know when the tenant was leaving therefore leaving us with a shortfall of six weeks - very unprofessional - and then told us that the price was too high and it was all our fast even though they set the rent in the market ..then backtracked and even passed us on to another office in marshalswycke .. very unprofessional & very cutthroat do not trust this people cost us nearly £1000 .

GoogleGreat experience! I had the luck to have Sophie in my case! Not only she was always on time and ready for questions, but was very professional and extremely polite on my viewings. She knew the property and the landlord well, and was helpful even with my weird requests for room measurements! Five starts from beginning to end!

GoogleJust wanted to share my thoughts about our experience with Frost's ; overall we were happy with professional and friendly service from the team who supported us through the purchasing process apart from Stuard Dutton who was pushy and put a lot of pressure on us to the limit that we've lost a joy that comes from purchasing our first property. I'm disappointed with the lack of professional, customer focused approach by Stuart. He is an awful salesman.

GoogleFrost has not been flexible with viewing times. Every time I ask for a viewing, it is only available in the morning. This is highly inconvenient for someone coming from far and with a small baby. A professional letting agency should accommodate the diverse needs of their clients.

In particular, I found Kitty extremely helpful, she did great job in supporting me while settling in and in answering to all the questions I had around the property.
